This program aims to realize the UEFA Europa Conference League Final 2022, another important event entrusted to the Albanian Football Association, which will take place on May 25th, 2022, at the "Air Albania" stadium. VACANCIES FOR THE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM

Vacancies for the program and the specific skills and tasks of each role

Access Control volunteers will play an integral role in creating a safe environment at UECL Final 2022 facilities. Volunteers will help ensure that all target groups enter and exit the stadium and its areas smoothly and on time.

A large number of people will participate in the preparation and conduct of UEFA Conference League Final -players, volunteers, media representatives, service providers, government bodies, sponsors, etc. Volunteers of the Accreditation Center will issue each participant an accreditation confirming his right to work in the stadium zones, training grounds and other facilities of UECL Final 2022. This functional area will begin its work two weeks before the final.

The UEFA anti-doping team will conduct a comprehensive doping testing program for players. The role of a Doping Control volunteer is one of the most important and requires a professional approach. The main task is to notify and accompany the selected players to the doping control station.

The Ceremonies team will create a festive atmosphere and provide an unforgettable
experience for fans and spectators around the world. Volunteers will not only help in the preparation and conduct of a colorful show, but they themselves will become a part of it, having undergone special training and rehearsals.

The Logistics function team manages the delivery, picking and distribution of all the
necessary materials for the organization of various zones at UECLF2022 facilities. Volunteers will help coordinate the processes of delivery, unloading, packaging, storage and distribution of materials, and distribution of equipment to all target groups.

Volunteers will assist the organizing team with meetings at the airport, hotels and other places, and will support UEFA in the transport office and on the territory of the special vehicle fleet. The main goal is to help and support various client groups, ensuring a high level of transportation services.

The well-coordinated work of the team of the “Match Organization” function will make a great contribution to the overall image of the tournament and will have a positive effect on the quality of the match. The main task is to organize the match and all services related to sporting aspects at the highest international level and in accordance with UEFA rules. Volunteers will help with the preparation and conduct of the match, including official training the day before the match, dressing rooms and areas for the competition.

The Guest Management and Protocol team is responsible for the delivery of various
levels of service to all UEFA VIP program guests. The team is responsible for welcome services, venue operations in the UEFA VIP areas at all events, and all ticketing and protocol matters.
The Protocol team is responsible for providing various levels of service to all guests of the UEFA VIP program - the football family, commercial partners, the local organizing committee, competing teams as well as government representatives.
Volunteers will provide support in meeting and serving VIP guests in the VIP zones
at UECL Final 2022 facilities, and will also assist in issuing tickets to guests.

The Hospitality Program team is responsible for the design, implementation and
provision of hospitality and catering services for VIPs, commercial partners and
clients of the corporate match day hospitality program. In addition, an important task of the team is to provide catering services for staff, volunteers, match officials (referees, medics, etc.), as well as spectators at food outlets in the stadium.
Volunteers will help in two ways - in the hospitality zones and the UEFA Staff Bistro
UEFA. The main tasks: preparing boxes for the hospitality program, providing information about the stadium and services to guests, helping coordinators of food
outlets, preparing lunch boxes for staff and volunteers.

The UEFA Champions Festival has been part of the final program for more than ten years and is now considered a major international event in its own right. It is viewed as an opportunity for a new audience to engage with the brand – whether they have a ticket for the final or not.
The UEFA Champions Festival consists of a host of football activities, interactive commercial displays, competitions, and live music, sporting and cultural entertainment over four days.

The media team is responsible for providing a wide range of media services, including accreditation services, as well as organizing work in the media center, media podium and press conference room. Volunteers will help distribute headphones and microphones during press conferences before and after the match, provide support in providing media information, coordination, and post-match
operations in the mixed zone as needed.

The Provision of Mobility project is responsible for the arrival and comfortable logistics of fans in the host city. Volunteers will help at the airport, at the last kilometer of the stadium and in the city center, where they will be used to support spectators between transport hubs, inform client groups and navigate.

The Social Responsibility project focuses on social, environmental and economic priorities, in particular promoting healthy lifestyles by implementing a tobacco-free (no smoking) policy in stadiums and making stadiums more accessible to MGN spectators. Volunteers in this area will provide assistance to disabled spectators, promote the provision of audio-descriptive commentary services and inform
spectators, staff and volunteers of the stadium’s no-tobacco policy.

The Sponsor Relations team is responsible for implementing operational projects aimed at providing all sponsorship rights to commercial partners at UECL 2022 facilities. Volunteers will assist in issuing parking passes, delivering and displaying sponsored products, and branding the stadium. Moreover, volunteers will be involved in organizing the work of children participating in the pre-match protocol

The Technical Services project team manages the planning and implementation of services for the preparation and launch of temporary infrastructure at UECL 2022 facilities. Subprojects in this area are related to power supply, water supply, temperature control, sound system, television and radio frequencies at facilities. The tasks of the volunteers will be to help organize the work of the temporary infrastructure, inform about problems, and help in organizing communication between local staff and staff of suppliers and UEFA

Ticket Volunteers play a key role in running the ticketing program and are often the main helpers for ticket holders. They will help with any spectators' requests and will provide services in accordance with the policy of the ticket program. In addition, volunteers will be involved in identifying and eliminating problems in the implementation of the ticket program at the ticket center and at the stadium.

The Broadcaster Engagement team provides the best working conditions for broadcasters and the leading broadcaster. Volunteers in this area will help the UEFA manager in all matters of logistics, preparation of documents, issuance of additional access cards, distribution of water and food to broadcasters.

The site logistics team manages the furnishing of the offices and premises of the site with the necessary materials, furniture and partitions. Volunteers will assist in restocking office supplies, performing administrative work, preparing meeting rooms according to meeting schedules, and providing translation support between the site's logistics team and suppliers / local staff.

A special team of volunteers from the Volunteer Management function will assist in
the distribution of equipment, registration of volunteers for shifts, maintain motivation at the proper level, and assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Volunteer Center at the stadium.

The volunteer program gives you the opportunity to be part of the organization and conduct of a great football event, entrusted to the Albanian Football Association, UEFA Europa Conference League Final 2022, which will take place on May 25, 2022, at 21:00, at the "Air Albania" stadium. The event takes place at the ‘Air Albania’ stadium and a large part of the activities will take place there, before and during the event. Depending on the working group
you want to be involved in and for reasons of training or organization of activities, we can have different locations of the processes, generally in the city of Tirana, the airport "Mother Teresa" and intermediate points, such as the premises where the guests will be accommodated, the premises where food will be served, bar - restaurants in the capital, the point where the collection of products and materials necessary for the event will take place.

You must complete your identification, professional career information, education
and your previous volunteer engagement. Even if you do not have previous experience of volunteering, this does not affect your chances of being accepted as a Volunteer.

Volunteer will not be allowed to watch the match as spectators. Of course, being part of the organising team, you will be at the very heart of the operations, feeling the atmosphere of the event. Please also note that some missions will be located outside of the stadium.
